She holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Human Resource Development and is known for designing and leading strategic HR initiatives that strengthen workforce performance, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Her expertise spans workforce planning, policy and compliance development, talent acquisition, executive coaching, and organizational transformation. As a federally registered government contractor (SAM & CAGE Code), Dr. Burroughs partners with public sector agencies and mission-driven organizations to deliver scalable, results-oriented HR and workforce solutions grounded in best practices and real-world execution.
Angela Hinson brings more than 20 years of experience across federal government and private-sector operations, with a strong background in organizational infrastructure, compliance, and operational execution. As Strategic Advisor to Burroughs Business Solutions, she supports enterprise-level initiatives that strengthen internal systems, operational readiness, and sustainable growth.
